Warranty Service Request
Requests for service must be made specifically for defects in the home that are covered under the Tarion Home Warranty Program. Please refer to your Homeowner Information Package or documentation on your Tarion MyHome account for further information on warrantable items and timelines.
Please note that service calls are made from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. In the event of an emergency, refer to the emergency contact numbers provided by your Customer Care Team.
